SKATE UK programme

Braehead operates the SKATE UK programme - it approved by the national Ice Skating Association and are suitable for all ages and abilities.

SKATE UK: This programme is designed for people who are new to skating, as well as those looking to develop their skills. So whether you're a beginner starting at Grade 1, or you're progressing up to Grade 10, you'll fit right in. And it caters to all styles of skating from recreational, to figure and ice hockey.

Skate hire (if required) and practice time (where possible) is included in the cost. A certificate of achievement will be awarded as each grade is attained.

Group Skating Courses

The skating season at Braehead Arena finished at the end of March 2012. The new season will begin in September 2012, please check back for information on skating times and lessons for the new season.
